No matter where you build it in metro Atlanta people of all kinds will show up to ruin it. Probably foreshadowing of what will become of the gultch project.

That's why I said 'that area'. I lived off of Cobb Parkway near Cumberland Mall in the 90's. The area started to go downhill demographically so I moved further north. By the time they built the stadium it was what I consider an iffy neighborhood. You might want to work on your reading comprehension skills?

This is a nice area called The Battery which is connected to the Atlanta Braves stadium. We built the stadium outside the city to avoid blacks but they have still found a way to ruin it.
