Decreasing my mileage this week made me realize how much I love running. And how much I’d rather not do any other workout lol. But the strength exercises are necessary. Really it’s not all that bad anyway. I feel stronger especially with my core. Gotta make sure I’m strong for my April 5k. And make it there without any issues.

Huge shoutout to OWL Adventure Racing for hosting, yet again, another AMAZING experience in Southern Ohio. Last year we did the 6 hour race, this year we stepped it up and managed the 12 hour. huge props to all the teams that cleared the course, I'd love to know your end milage as we were happy to cover just over 50 on hike, bike & paddle. See ya next year!
