Decreasing my mileage this week made me realize how much I love running.
And how much I’d rather not do any other workout lol. But the strength exercises are necessary.
Really it’s not all that bad anyway. I feel stronger especially with my core.
Gotta make sure I’m strong for my April 5k. And make it there without any issues.

Running really early in the morning is such a great feeling.
Completed another one today at 5:30 AM.
It gives me so much time to do other things before work. And it’s great for my mood.
Definitely recommend.
Midway through Week 5 of training for a half-marathon and feeling great.
Next strength training session coming Friday or until I’m not feeling sore anymore 💯
