@MyNameIsOnni @moldbugchaser Morally, sure? If someone drinks 1 ml of wine and you have sex is that rape? 2 ml? 1 glass? At some point they get drunk enough it's rape but I don't think 1 extra ml of wine suddenly makes it jump from fine to rape, there's a gradual transition of getting more questionable.
