Sorry for the delay in posting, our Internet routes in LA are having an issue and is causing an outage for customers with websites and email, DNS is still operational. Our provider is working on restoring services now and should be back up soon.

Our facility will be impacted by Tropical Storm Hilary with it passing directly over us around 5pm PT 8/20/23. While we do not expect it to impact our operations, we have made sure that all current infrastructure is ready and our backup generators' fuel has been filled.

Some of our servers are having a backend system issue that is impacting them (not all servers though, such as email and dns since we keep them separate). We have been working on the issue since last night and should have it resolved very soon.
