@EdwardFoley @MauriceKilbride Unfortunately Edward your first comment is spot on and unfortunately your second is often not the case In Wigan this June there was a 130% rise in reductions on the same period as last year And over 30% we’re not the sellers first reduction

@MauriceKilbride This is the pressure of having "listers" with targets to just get property on, at any price and lock them in with a contract and hope they won't be bothered to change agent. Some will and many won't. Keep in with them and don't give up Maurice. Honesty and integrity always win.
