My mom worked at a place years ago that did a “biggest loser” contest in their office (completely voluntary to sign up) and were weighed weekly. She told me the people who lost the most weight, were the ones who were avid soda drinkers who cut it out of their diet.
I don’t think a lot of people grasp how much weight you’ll pack on consuming multiple full sugar sodas daily. So so so many empty calories
