The original Constitution of India was handwritten & it's pages were beautifully decorated by Artist Nandalal Bose & his students from Shantiniketan. Today, Nandalal Bose’s grandson & his wife have been removed from the West Bengal voter list following SIR. I'm leaving here without any comments becoz in the Mother of Democracy I genuinely fear that an FIR may be registered against me by any state police of a BJP govt if I ask any question to the @ECISVEEP.

Friends, We, the petitioners in the case WP(C) 1220/2021 in supreme court, where the judgement was pronounced on the 10th of March (in the quoted post below), want to file a review petition because many salient points haven't been gone into/considered by the Hon'ble court in it's judgment (details in our review petition draft at tinyurl.com/1220reviewpeti…). Unfortunately, our lawyer's office (Senior Advocate Colin Gonsalves @colin_gonsalves ) declined to take this up citing pre-occupation with other work and they said we can take the help of any other advocate for this and it's procedurally possible. I tried reaching Mr Prashant Bhushan also(@pbhushan1 ) (who as an intervening advocate in our case is well versed about the case), but again didn't succeed there too (yet, if i may add. I tried reaching him only today). We seek the help of the friends in X to reach any advocate of the supreme court, who can help us to file this review petition within the stipulated time. This is time sensitive as we will exhaust the 30 day window on April 9th. We are ready to pay the relevant, reasonable fees for the service. Kindly tag the advocates known to you, or take this messages to their attention. DM is open. This is not just the fight of two individual families. Nor only the many other victims who were petitioners in the connected matters. This is a fight for literally every family in this country as we all faced the injustice of the coercive vaccination without full disclosure and informed consent. We have shown that AEFI system is dysfunctional with evidence and that Puliyel judgement operative part hasn't been made operational yet. We have asked for full disclosure and informed consent in all public health measures. Isn't that the most ethical, moral, scientific thing to do? Government says in the court vaccination was voluntary. But it doesn't say that in the vaccination drives, where it practically coerces all! We have asked Government to state explicitly in vaccine related communications that these are voluntary, not just in court after people have suffered. Isn't that a logical demand? We are almost at the fag end of this judicial journey where we have done all that we could do in the interest of justice. Not only for the departed ones, but to ensure that the fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution are made available in practice to all citizens. Below is the link for the full judgement. api.sci.gov.in/supremecourt/2… Below are my first impressions as a petitioner and as somebody who is sufficiently well versed with the relevant facets of this issue. I intend to write a detailed article sometime later on this. ----------- The core ask of our petition - systemic remedies to prevent such tragedies from befalling anyone in this country by way of court mandated full disclosure and informed consent in all public health measures - has not been addressed at all. The serious issues in covid mismanagement by authorities, such as not stopping the covishield administration when 15 European countries stopped them as early as March/April 2021 due to blood clots and deaths, and such deaths happening in our own country in the same timeframe, and the opaque, dysfunctional AEFI which enabled the authorties to brazenly certify vaccines as safe, these aspects have been totally overlooked as well, without any counter or justification why they didn't necessitate any corrective measures. GoI is in contempt of Jacob Puliyel Judgement delivered in May 2022, as we have shown that with evidence in our rejoinedr, affidavits and submissions. Unfortunately this judgement just says that the Puliyel judgment should be followed by GoI, with no punishment/reprimand for not implementing it for nearly four years. There are many more such as the above. Even the no fault compensation policy mandated (which approach has many serious issues, which I will dwell on in a detailed article), is limited in its scope to Covid-19 vaccination, for inexplicable reasons. How are other vaccinations any different? I am afraid that as a country we might have lost a golden chance to remedy the public health delivery system issues of this country and to ensure that the Right to Life enshrined in the constitution is not trampled with impunity by health authorities.
