New pre-print alert 🚨 @franci_tag shows that DNMT3B PWWP mutations cause hypermethylation of H3K9me3 heterochromatin that is facilitated by its N-terminus. You can read more here: biorxiv.org/content/10.110… But here is a quick summary 🧵 1/10

Hello #epigenetics twitter, we're looking to use @NEBiolabs EM-conversion module for assessing DNA methylation levels in amplicons rather than genome-wide. Wondering if any of you out there might have useful advice/protocols on setting this up?
