Organisations have a particular set of expectations and goals for employee benefits, but they are often poorly articulated. After consulting with over 10,000 organisations and people leaders, Akshay — Our Senior Vice President — believes two vectors come into play: 🤔 Are benefits treated as compliance, or as a long-term investment in your talent? 🤔 Would you index more heavily on a low-touch, tech-first, digital experience, or would you want human interaction?
