I ordered an office chair on 26 January fr from @TheSleepCo_ with a promised delivery by early March, but the timeline has been repeatedly pushed without any clear updates. Even now, the status still shows old dates, while support says it’s delayed further due to stock issues.

absolutely pathetic service from @TheSleepCo_ zero accountability, faulty mattress was delivered, and now the faulty mattress has been picked up 4 days back - no clue as to when we will get the replacement mattress! No one from CRM, even emails to Priyanka have gone unanswered!
