@HermanMiller Great, the person who didn't get back to me until pestered is going to get back to me maybe. Your warranty is a joke now. Local dealers don't reply. When I don't get a reply again, what's next?

@applehat Oh hey, I made that, hope it works well for you! I wasn't a fan of the small parts thing either, but I couldn't find a compromise that didn't involve screwing directly into plastic.
