@IrishRail what is the normal capacity of Kilkenny Jctn - Heuston service ? Took it x2 this week, only 3 carriages ? Standing passengers accidentally setting off emergency intercom, 15:35 ( K to H) train today grossly overloaded, yet staff say service not 'over' capacity ?
