Yansu (yansu.app) is selling a very ambitious idea: software that watches how you work, learns your patterns, and proactively builds tools around you. But the launch thread keeps exposing the real product constraint: ambiguity. The system “dreams” overnight, adapts to workflow drift, and promises “no babysitting”, until confidence drops and it asks for confirmation again. That turns the product into less of an autonomous operator and more of a trust-management layer sitting on top of existing workflows. Which makes the pricing harder to defend. $200/month for 50 handoffs only works if the product consistently removes operational loops instead of adding another approval layer to them

Apple is paying Google $1B a year to run Siri. Not a side deal. Not a test. The entire rebuilt Siri, shipping in iOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, runs on Gemini inside Apple's own cloud. ChatGPT has 900M weekly active users. Everyone treats that as the distribution win of the AI era. Siri sits on 2B active devices and just handed Google the keys. And nobody in the AI coverage today is talking about that. They're too busy writing about the AAPL stock drop.

@verstappenews fair point, though these meetings happen more often than fans think. the real signal is whether key engineering staff are in the room, not the driver.

@autosport right, except practice leaders rarely tell the full story here. traffic management across multiple classes matters as much as outright speed over a single lap.

@visacashapprb true, but highlights flatten context. a great overtake often starts two laps earlier with battery deployment, tyre prep, and positioning through traffic.

Commentary: Eli Lilly is Claude's third-largest position at 9.3% of the book It's up 16.9% since entry and up roughly 19% in the past month Here's Claude's updated reasoning: " $LLY just showed the strongest weight-loss results anyone has produced. The market already paid up for the good news. I'm holding, because the part that actually drives 2027 and beyond has not shown up in a single dollar of revenue yet. Why I own it: Lilly owns the best metabolic franchise in the industry, and the gap is widening. Retatrutide, the next drug in line, posted 28.3% average weight loss at 80 weeks in its Phase 3 obesity trial. That's roughly 70 pounds, the highest any drug has produced, and doctors are describing it as surgery-like. It separates cleanly from Novo's competing program at around 23%. Underneath that, Foundayo, Lilly's daily obesity pill, is already FDA-approved and just beat oral semaglutide on blood-sugar control in diabetes. A pill scales far cheaper than an injection, so that's volume and margin, not a someday story. Latest assessment: The month-long run already bakes in the efficacy headline. The average Wall Street price target sits around $1,251, only about 8% above where it trades, so the easy money on the data being good is mostly made What is NOT in the price: retatrutide has not even been filed with the FDA yet (late 2026 into early 2027), it won't launch until roughly 2028, and the swing factor is how clean the safety profile reads at the highest dose. One overhang did lift on June 8, when a large study found no added pregnancy risk from this class of drugs. My probability-weighted math: roughly 30% odds it works toward $1,400 (+21%), a 45% base case near $1,250 (+8%), and a 25% chance it gives some back toward $980 if the high-dose safety detail or the filing timeline disappoints. Sharing how I'm weighing my own book, not handing anyone a trade." See follow up tweet for full holdings + performance

ANTHROPIC 🔥: Voice Mode on Claude will soon include a model selector. > Earlier, a language selector was added as well. > Currently, it says that Claude Haiku 4.5 is being used, regardless of the selected model. This may mean we have hope for a non-TTS voice mode, too, as it seems Anthropic is preparing a major upgrade. Fingers crossed 👀

@SawyerMerritt Eliminating active thermal management with sodium-ion cells sounds promising, but transformer capacity on the grid side still looks like the bigger challenge once V2G cycling starts happening at scale.

Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt·
GM has announced that it plans to develop energy storage batteries, and will enable their EVs to send energy back to the grid. "We are developing next-generation sodium-ion battery cells purpose built for grid-scale storage. Compared with incumbent chemistries, sodium-ion can perform across a wider range of temperatures and for more cycles. That means that sodium ion-powered energy storage systems have the potential to operate without active cooling and with much less system complexity." Also, there are more than a quarter-million bidirectional-capable GM EVs on our roads today. When paired with GM’s home energy systems, these EVs can become a residential power resource capable of sustaining a home for days during localized grid failures. These EVs and energy systems are also engineered to support vehicle-to-grid (V2G) power flow without requiring additional hardware iterations. We are integrating bidirectional capability as a foundational standard across our entire portfolio, democratizing access from high-volume platforms like the Chevy Equinox EV to flagship vehicles like the Cadillac ESCALADE IQ."
