I’m turning 50 this year. I’m wiser, and physically stronger than I was in my 30s, built through a variety of training and sport disciplines, smart nutrition, proper sleep, and consistent recovery. I still box, even sparring with guys half my age, and I beat them with better ring IQ, strength and even endurance. The science is out there for anyone willing to read, learn, and apply it to their own health. If someone is weak and frail at 50, not because of genetics or disease, but due to poor lifestyle choices, bad nutrition, and sedentarism....well that’s a responsibility they’ve chosen to ignore.

@FatKidDeals Not a fan of Chicago Dep Dish, prefer the Chitown tavern thin crust. However, Pequods deep dish is a whole nother ball game. Their deep dish pies are the best in Chicago, love their tavern also. That's such a great place to eat & chill out.
