No one on the Commanders wears #6, a number Sonny Styles wore at Ohio State before being given the #0 which he wore last year - 0 is an honorary number at OSU given to a senior leader. What do we think?

@GrantPaulsen Not sold Grant. He is often compared to Fred Warner due to the measurables. However, what makes Warner elite are his instincts. The measurables just put him over the top. I didn’t see those instincts in Styles at Oh St. and to take an offball LB top 7, that skill is required.

If Sonny Styles falls into the Commanders' laps: Daronte Jones will call a defense that includes 3 off-ball LBs designed in a laboratory to run games and get down-hill as interior, blitzing pass rushers. The trio of Styles, Chenal and Luvu is crazy work in a Flores scheme.

Nice start for the Commanders' pass rush unit in Philly today. WSH hit Tanner McKee on two of his three drop backs in the opening series. Daron Payne came free on a sack. Noah-I came on a blitz and got home with a hit that forced an incompletion too.
