This Wednesday, I received an email from Apple saying my Apple Developer account is flagged to be removed. Over the past two days, my team has been working extremely hard to fix and address the issues, and we pushed an update today and will try our best to keep the account alive.
I’ll share any new updates on my Account if I hear more. I’ve spoken with Apple Developer Support multiple times this week and have received some responses, but I’m still frustrated and worried that my account could be suspended within the next 30 days.
If anyone from the Apple Developer team sees this thread and can help, or if anyone has suggestions on what I should do next, please let me know. I’m pasting the email content below for reference(if this violates any rules or laws, lmk and I will delete it immediately):
“
We're writing to inform you that your account continues to be out of compliance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (“DPLA”). Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been flagged for removal.
We previously notified you about your non-compliance with the Developer Code of Conduct, specifically violations of App Review Guideline 5.6.4, which states:
“Customers expect the highest quality from the App Store, and maintaining high quality content, services, and experiences promotes customer trust. Indications that this expectation isn't being met include excessive customer reports about concerns with your app, such as negative customer reviews, and excessive refund requests. Inability to maintain high quality may be a factor in deciding whether a developer is abiding by the Developer Code of Conduct.”
Our recent investigations confirm your Apple Developer Program account is still not providing a quality experience or long-lasting value to customers. If you don't bring your account into compliance with the Developer Code of Conduct within 30 days, your account will be terminated.
