Divorce Cases in Ahmedabad: ભારતીય સંસ્કૃતિમાં લગ્નને પવિત્ર અને સાત જન્મનું અતૂટ બંધન માનવામાં આવે છે, પરંતુ આજના આધુનિક યુગ અને બદલાતી જીવનશૈલીના કારણે આ માન્યતા હવે ધૂંધળી થઈ રહી હોય તેવું જણાય છે. અમદાવાદની ફેમિલી કોર્ટમાં નોંધાઈ રહેલા આંકડાઓ સમાજ માટે લાલબત્તી સમાન છે. શહેરની ફેમિલી કોર્ટમાં વર્ષ 2024 થી માર્ચ 2026 સુધીના ટૂંકા ગાળામાં જ છૂટાછેડાના 10,200 અને ભરણપોષણ તેમજ હિંસાના 10,300 જેટલા કેસો નોંધાયા છે. આ આંકડા દર્શાવે છે કે વાર્ષિક સરેરાશ 8 થી 10 હજાર યુગલો કાયદાકીય લડત માટે અદાલતના આંગણે પહોંચી રહ્યા છે, જેમાં સૌથી વધુ અસર 20 થી 30 વર્ષની વયના યુવા દંપતીઓમાં જોવા મળી રહી છે. વર્તમાન સમયમાં યુવા પેઢીમાં સહનશક્તિનો અભાવ અને 'સ્વ'ની ભાવના પ્રબળ બનતા લગ્નજીવનના એક-બે વર્ષમાં જ વિખવાદો શરૂ થઈ જાય છે. સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર થતા આભાસી પ્રેમ અને આકર્ષણના કારણે ઉતાવળે લેવાયેલા લગ્નના નિર્ણયો લાંબો સમય ટકી શકતા નથી. ઘણા કિસ્સાઓમાં તો છ મહિનાની અંદર જ છૂટાછેડાની નોબત આવે છે. આશ્ચર્યની વાત એ છે કે માત્ર યુવાનો જ નહીં, પરંતુ 12-15 વર્ષનું લગ્નજીવન વિતાવી ચૂકેલા અને 50 થી 80 વર્ષની વયના વૃદ્ધો પણ હવે 'ગ્રે ડિવોર્સ' તરફ વળી રહ્યા છે. 80 વર્ષની વયે સ્વતંત્રતાની ઝંખના સાથે છૂટાછેડા લેવા પહોંચતા વડીલોના કિસ્સાએ ન્યાયતંત્ર અને સમાજને ચોંકાવી દીધા છે. #DivorceCases #Ahmedabad #AhmedabadNews #Gscard #Gujaratsamachar

I have travelled & live in so called dev country there are literally very very few toll roads across country you can count on your fingers. Case Today : 8 years in Courts for Marriage of 18 days.... Arrange Marriage He's a pass out from India's most elite engineering institute, earning well. Tee totaller. Extremely well behaved & a kind man. Got married to the only girl child of a business family. They filed a case of dowry, domestic violence, molestation against his brother, dragged his sister & asked for 30 LACS This man got his family out of the FIR by fair investigation ordered by senior cops but FIR against him stands Quashing was moved in HC 6 years ago but it is gathering dust It has been 8 years since he is suffering for no mistake. Girl's family is still adamant. An innocent life jeopardized just because a strong independent woman could not rebel against her own family but felt it was okay to ruin life of a man who did nothing wrong to her !!! Ekam Nyaay Foundation @ekamnyaay will now try to help him in every way possible to get out of this mess & move on

Donate your worldly possessions and head to the Himalayas for a lifelong penance. But do not measure the rest of us by your scale. Do not push an entire society and nation under the reservation bus just to satisfy the guilt of your own forefathers. Your personal sense of sin is not a mandate to paralyze the future of an entire country.
