If your flight has been disrupted, or if you just wish to change your travel plans, you have the following options: ✈️ Rebook on an alternate flight - You can rebook on another flight to your intended destination for travel up to 15 June, 2026. If your original travel date is within 72 hours, rebook by visiting emirat.es/managebooking or “Manage Your Booking” on the Emirates App. If your booking is for later, please contact us for assistance at emirat.es/support. 🔄 Request a refund - You can request for a refund of your ticket by completing the refund form at emirat.es/refund. Please allow up to 21 days for your request to be processed. Booked through a travel agent? Please contact them directly for assistance with rebookings and refunds. Always check the status of your flight before heading to the airport, and visit emirat.es/travelupdates for the latest.

@RushabhK39 If your booking was made through a travel agent, the refund will need to be processed directly through them, as they handle the payment and ticket. If you booked directly with Emirates, you can submit your refund request via our online refund form.

Booked Mumbai→Orlando (9 May) 3 weeks ago via @bookingcom on @emirates (~$840). Airline reschedules to 10 May arrival 11 May—NO consent. Prices now $1400+. Who covers this gap? This is unacceptable.

Why does @makemytrip charge convenience fees. What convenience? @emirates rescheduled my London flight to have a layover of 10 minutes (wow). No one is picking calls at their end. MMT is of no help. Suddenly I see my refund short by 6K. Why should I pay 6K for no fault of mine?

Choosing @emirates over @etihad was a big mistake this time. She is on a 14 hour flight which already left 2.5 hours late only to know she cant get food, I dont understand this really poor service. Also this is against her choice. Can someone help here?
