In basketball related takes, I think the staff is a little bit handcuffed by the Christian Anderson sweepstakes. That's millions of dollars in roster spend you have to hold until you get a decision. Once you get clarity there, I think you start to see some pieces move quickly.

If a fan loses most of his team, and isn’t concerned..was he ever a fan? Lol it’s normal.. now our challenge is to accept this truth… THIS IS LITERALLY COLLEGE SPORTS NOW….Add some adversity and this is the result. Best player injured, other best player goes to the league….impact senior graduates…you have a domino effect. Every team has or will run into in this.. Petty was unexpected (that one pissed me off I love the kid) lol…the whole reason you kept a young team, was to prevent this from happening lol didn’t happen so you adjust.What’s MOST important here is this….in the midst of adversity, choose to have some STONES. I understand why Tech moved on from D5 while he flirted with the draft. But with CA- why not hammer the portal for big men and hold a spot just in case? They went out and got 3 guards just in time for him to back out of the draft and hit the portal. Big gut punch, there.
