@Austen @LouStagner I’m an 8. I shot 91 at Carnoustie on a calm day on Tuesday and it was nowhere near tournament conditions. Plus it’s 700 yards shorter. If it was set up hard and the wind blew I could easily see 105.

Honestly more companies should just start capturing screen recordings/screenshots of everything that happens at the company to be later fed into models. There’s so much data that companies could be grabbing.

@TrevorLongino I don’t need the world’s best agentic gtm people. I need smart hard working people. They’ll walk away knowing more about agentic gtm than anyone else.

I run a marketing agency. We're a small team, but the agency pulled down about 750k last year, and I make about half of that. But I've also dropped my operational overhead 70% in 6 months. So this is a *minimum* of $150k. I get it. But I feel like your GTM for "get the worlds best agentic AI GTM people" needs work. :D The people you want will see that number and say, “Pff, that's a lowball.”

Let me ask you: do you really think $150k is enough to get someone like me to leave what I’m doing and join your team? I’m absolutely the kind of person you’d want to hire for this. I’ve built a ton of marketing and agentic work with AI, and I’m at the forefront of what marketers do with AI. I’m the marketer of record for the largest startup accelerator in the world. For the people you want to recruit, you’d need to be in the $400k range to get someone like me to consider it. Anything less, and I’d rather do it myself. Being a truly agentic marketer means you can solve problems with a depth and a fidelity that used to be impossible. I don't mean AI slop. I mean building workflows that used to be $20,000 a month in cost that are now $10 a month in cost. I don't have to be very bright to realize that you need to pay me a lot before it's worthwhile for me to work for you instead of for myself.

@Austen @LouStagner Interesting hypothetical. Not sure. Lets say prime Tiger has a mega day and shoots 7 under. You now have 73 shots. That's 4 shots a hole. Off tourney tees, multiple OOB balls prob, elite level greens...those 4 shots per hole would be close

@BeauMichael15 @Smalltruckguy @dahlgren_linus @LouStagner I’ve been there. Sat & Sun in 2024. Yes, putting would be very slippery on some holes. There’s some sloped greens. Some would just be very fast. You’re not 8 putting very often.
