@pritika_9 Yes! Am sure they call the guests before their dinner time , it they r late, why should they spoil their health. Consistency is very important in eating habits. That’s a discipline and if they are following without feeling pressured, Kudos!

I have this relative couple who always have their dinner by 6:30 pm at the latest. Even if they have guests coming over, they won’t wait for them beyond their dinner time and will eat without them. Is it a good habit or a bad habit?
