Excited to share “Poisoned Wells,” which presents the largest point-in-time study of website blocking in India to date. I tested the blocking of 294 million apex domains across six Indian ISPs, sending 1.76 billion DNS queries in total.

This is a the quickest way to get blocked forever. I really don’t have time to address this every time but I will do it once here. AI is THE current thing and a lot of things are happening in the space. I mix a lot of my content with knowledge and AI updates, and this gives me a chance to work with brands who want to position themselves in videos. Some loud people have problems if ANYONE except them makes a single dollar online, god forbid. You’ll trash people who sell courses, trash people who keep content free for you all but then get companies to pay. Grow up. This is not a zero sum game. You get to know something new, a deserving company gets new users, I get to make $ making the introduction. What makes you sorry about it? Why this mindset?

Give someone state and they'll have a bug one day, but teach them how to represent state in two separate locations that have to be kept in sync and they'll have bugs for a lifetime

@adnansahinovich Query + zustand does replace Redux and feels like a better way to handle both global state and data fetching.

One lesson for now and forever! TanStack = server state. Context = dependency passing. Redux = client state management. Using Query + Context doesn’t replace Redux - it just avoids it until complexity hits. Context was meant for static or rarely changing values, not app state.
Brian Cheung@justBCheung

@adnansahinovich Haven’t had to touch redux in years Most apps don’t need redux You can likely get by with @tan_stack query + react context

TanStack Start is what Next.js should have been. Simple. Robust. Flexible. The DX is fantastic—landing pages, blogs, web apps, even REST APIs are all easy to build and deploy. First-class TanStack Query integration makes data fetching a breeze. And it's dead-simple to deploy to Cloudflare, Netlify or Vercel. I'm not going back.
