Universities have started referring to students as “customers.” Businesses have switched from “customer” to “guest.” Will Higher Ed start calling our students “guests”?

Thanks to a 2019 @LibMarComConf talk by @AlenaPrincipato I just gave a "library secrets" tour to our tour guides with exclusive swag. I don't know if it will correct all the misinformation given on tours but it created a much better relationship with that part of campus.
