Saw Peter Capaldi at the 100 Club tonight, thanks to @biiilyedwards (who shot this video). 🎸 Didn’t expect a mash-up of “All the Young Dudes”, “Don’t Look Back in Anger”, and Shakespeare’s “Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow” soliloquy from Macbeth to hit so hard. But it did.

@ZandrTec Nope. Plenty of Doctor Who episodes, now considered ‘lost’, were broadcast overseas, or repeated in the UK, well after their original UK TX. “The Nightmare Begins” and “Devil’s Planet” are relatively unusual in that they weren’t. Who’s the fool?

@TheMindProbe2 @hxll_mxtt @benjamin_cook @TheCyberdevil No because there’s been very few complaints. If you want things to change then people need to send a polite email or letter to BBC Studios. Work was well underway on this set even before Season 13 was out. I saw Zygons on the big screen at BFI and it looked great.

@benjamin_cook Correct! In fact the last time the first three episodes were seen in succession was when the two Australian censor guys viewed them after rejecting Mission. And they also watched the remaining 8 episodes all in one sitting! Those chaps sure took their job for granted haha

@TheMindProbe2 @benjamin_cook Or you put them out of business, from a viability point of view if everyone mass boycott’s them, all it will result in is the range stalling. If we want them to stop using AI, mass emails, letters etc is the way to do it. It’s worked so far for replacement discs and such.

@TheMindProbe2 I never said I’m happy or unhappy (I haven’t watched Season 13 or 21 on Blu-ray yet). I said that if everyone stops buying these sets, as you’re urging, then there won’t be any more of them.

@benjamin_cook When Australia rejected it, it effectively made it uneconomical to offer for sale anywhere else in the world, so no, it wasn't broadcast anywhere other than in the UK.
