@SharisBerries there is no way my wife should have these itty bitty strawberries for her birthday. Out one dozen, 5 of them were the size of grapes. Come on now. I usually can depend on yall, but yall let me down this time

@SharisBerries : My last order of Shari’s Berries will be my last order ever. They were 2 days late w/ a Valentines gift I ordered for my daughter. By the time they arrived the quality of the strawberries were subpar. This I paid 87 dollars for??

@FedExHelp - earlier today, one of your drivers threw a box of perishable @SharisBerries at our front porch. Landed on the top step, upside down. Not sure if he saw the Ring, but I have the footage. I’d be happy to send it to you with pertinent tracking info.

@mitchell_mizel Hi Mitchell, We confirmed: our "Gourmet Dipped" & "From The Heart Gourmet" berries are dipped in ground toffee, but may contain tree nuts since they're prepared where those are used. We do apologize for your prior experience; please DM us if you have any further questions.

@SharisBerries I asked are those nuts or toffee on your assortment. the answer was that they used nuts in their facilities. They then sent me to “Randell” who told me to check the website which is what I did before contacting them your customer service sucks

@TheFlowerWorld_ @SharisBerries I’ve been ignored via your chat n have been on hold for a live person for 30 mins. Order W01005954557668 was delivered to wrong city and person. Order W01005954558136 never arrived. Both were suppose to arrive yesterday.

@SharisBerries and @FedEx These were delivered to my 77 year old mother in law for her birthday 3 days late. She got sick from the smell. The ice packs were actually hot to the touch and the fruit is rotten.
