❤️ Women’s History Month ❤️ Paying Tribute to our dear friend and Renowned Art Patron Agnes Gund 🌹 Agnes Gund (1938–2025) was a renowned American art collector, philanthropist, and arts advocate who served as president of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) from 1991 to 2002. Known for her advocacy for women and artists of color, she founded “Studio in a School” (1977) and the Art for Justice Fund (2017) to support education and social reform. ⚖️⛓️‍💥 Agnes Gund was considered the last good rich person according to a New York Times article in 2018. Agnes Gund founded the Art for Justice Fund, the five-year initiative distributed more than $125 million in grants to arts and criminal justice organizations working to fight mass incarceration in the United States.
