Ashley Fisler, 36, is accused of s*xually assaulting a former student in New Jersey in 2021
The alleged victim said they had an inappropriate relationship and claimed the acts occurred in her classroom and car
Police said the student reported s*xual acts inside Orchard Valley Middle School and in Fisler’s vehicle
Investigators said messages and images found on the student’s phone included nude photos of Fisler
Fisler has denied the allegations
