She probably overreacted with the harassment angle, but the core frustration is valid. Uber/Ola drivers routinely pick up rides knowing they're low on CNG, then casually pull into a station where the line is 15-20 minutes long, and the customer sits there watching waiting charges pile up on the app. You're literally paying for their refueling time.
