@breaditorial I'd say half of that as a starter please. We have a standard size bread pan. Have you heard of Country Bumpkin? She sells starters for sourdough. Busy with our first trial now.

2 loaves coming up

Half of that is 700g flour total, do a mix of wholegrain and white to your preference. I use yeast but you can use your starter if you have one! Use 6g yeast. Add in around 50g - 60g of seeds, 5 or 6g salt, around 4g honey, around 10 - 15g extra virgin olive oil. And definitely post your bread ! 😍

Set up my little sewing desk yesterday so I wasn't taking up our dining table, and I have the perfect rainy day, after work, sewing project! I am going to turn an old cotton t-shirt into a bread bag or two!! 😃
