The wygue 🙄 I can’t spell it JAPANESE beef fat SIMPLY MELTS OFF YOUR SPOON and tastes just like it was already grilled 🫠 (the American one is good too but pales in comparison… ) I get those on the little pint jar and I “top dress” my pan fried burgers with it… they are out of the Japanese but they have the American in a bucket and if I was going to get more tallow (I’ve still got a whole bucket) I’d go ahead and get the WAGYU even the American version is tops over plain tallow. fatworks.com/products/wagyu…

Better get some pork lard before it gets too hot for it to ship well!!!! Fatworks has the buckets of beef and pork all in stock right now and that’s pretty special 😬 I’m down to about a pint and every time I looked it was all sold out except for plain ole beef tallow.
