We just wrapped up our 2 day youth camp today! We had 38 4th-6th graders & 22 7th-8th graders! It’s always so fun to watch the older girls coach our youth! #oneteamonemission #cadetnation

Back from Family week with a GREAT team camp! Kelahni from CIA put us through a great camp, even I learned so much! After camp Coach Allen opened up her pool for the girls too cool off! I can’t wait to get practices started next week! Tomorrow….youth camp!

Today was our last day of Speed training for the summer. It was a great summer of speed training! We are proud of our kids for creating a competitive training environment on the turf every Wednesday and for committing themselves to that high standard. Here are todays top times!
