We did a first ever volleyball food drive this week during our last week of two a days! The girls filled the 8 food pantries around iowa falls along with one in Alden! Our community supports us, so we like to give back! #cadetson3familyon6

Back from Family week with a GREAT team camp! Kelahni from CIA put us through a great camp, even I learned so much! After camp Coach Allen opened up her pool for the girls too cool off! I can’t wait to get practices started next week! Tomorrow….youth camp!
