@TUIUK When we booked our current holiday it was classed as a 5* Platinum, it most definitely is no where near a 5* or a 4* even, more like a 3*. Hotel is dated, food is cold, drinks are poor quality, reps on site don’t want to listen. Not a great experience at all!
