Hiring creatives is a fucking battle bro Creative strategy requires two skill sets Unfortunately it's easier to find Solomons ring than a creative that has both The first one is bro ability to do market research. You need someone who can go deep on everything from avatars Amazon reviews, to analyze competitor ads AND pull out the exact emotional language that makes a customer feel like an ad feel personal the second one is obviuosly scripting. taking all that research and turning it into a masterpiece that converts. Scripting IS challenging because it is intuitive. you either understand where the hook should land or you DON´T Comment if you know a mf because im fed up
