Still waiting for the juggs you promised to get out after England won 5 days ago
English

@Wingmenpod Players believe in players signing huge contracts setting a president for huge contracts to continue.
We will talk about these overpayments from free agency/cap increase 5 years from now. How those contracts are handcuffing 6-8 teams.
English

@alexjmingolla Usain Bolt tried to play ⚽️
He was mid on a mid teir team.
THE FASTEST MAN IN THE WORLD

Europeans still misunderstand this argument.
There are ~192 wide receivers in the NFL. These guys are 6+ feet tall, fast, strong, quick feet, powerful jump, great reflexes, elite positioning, spatial IQ etc.
We’re not saying if you gave them a soccer ball today they’d outscore Haaland.
But if you gave those 192 NFL receivers a ball at their feet instead of in their hands at 5 years old, and you trained them to be strikers with the same intensity that took them to the NFL?
I promise you’d have at least one elite number 9 among the bunch.
T@tdgator9
Haaland is what Americans mean when we say our bigger, stronger, faster athletes play other sports instead of soccer but if they focused on it they’d be elite.

@YasminaSabrina2 Still waiting on those juggs from the England win.

@TalkeyHockey Anaheim matched but then the flyers countered with another offer $19.2 per for 6 years so now Carlson has 48 hrs to choose between the 2 offers.
English

@JamesLear99 @Matthew_Sean96 You're not exactly exceptional at what we would call " cause and affect". But good on you.
English

@Matthew_Sean96 Usain Bolt attempted to play football.
The FASTEST MAN IN THE WORLD.
He was mediocre at best on a mediocre team.
Your argument holds no weight. Your players trained their whole lives.
Now you dispose of them after a loss because they are "like our 5th best option"
English

@YasminaSabrina2 Never got your juggs out after England won. How can we take you seriously?
English

@YasminaSabrina2 Thought you were getting your juggs out of England won 3 days ago?
Still waiting? You aren't a liar are you?
English

@LangmanVince 11 min average actual playtime between whistles in nfl.
Players only play offense or defense.
6 minutes of play with over an hour of rest.
Oh and the broadcast is 3+ hours.
Your players would collapse 15 minutes in.
English

@Fanalysts_FR @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski But the game is still occurring. 1 bad move and your opponent can score.
During the "down time" in the NFL. Waterboys run on the field.
Then 30 seconds later. "False start"
Then 40 seconds later you finally get the next play from scrimmage.
English

@cardfishjay @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski Yeah that I disagree with. A lot of a soccer game is not transition or advantage attacks in the attacking third. You could skip the care free and pressure free passing teams do between their defenders and keeper.
English

@WarMonitor3 Yeah... that's not how that works.
You trade with the EU.
English

@KobeissiLetter Gave them a shitload of money and the right to enforce a previously open waterway.
All while bombing them.
Then just wants to opt out.
A fucking child.
English

@Fanalysts_FR @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski I watch both sports with a lot of attention.
The difference to me is like I said.
I can record monday night football and watch it Tuesday after work in 30-40 minutes.
I can't record a man city game at 630am and watch it any quicker than an hour and a half later that day.
English

@cardfishjay @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski I will argue as I would expect you to as well. The other thing that is happening in that time is teams moving guys in and out to match personnel packages. A lot of it is conditioning based on where we were raised. Most soccer fans aren't conditioned to think beyond what they see.
English

@ParkinsonDian To be a sick child at 11:45am on a Wednesday
English

@covie_93 At least he waited until the team was eliminated so they could return home to bury their friends/ family, or die themselves.
Who has the USA improved relations with in the past 16 months??
English

@Fanalysts_FR @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski And in that time, there was attempted soccer passes. 2 tackles. 1 foul. And the defending team now has the ball in the attacking teams half.
Nfl 2nd play loading.
You can't argue what is simply true. One is action, the other is action for 20 seconds every 2 minutes
English

@cardfishjay @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski And the same could be said about football. During that time, the coaches are calling plays, the QB is delivering that message and diagnosing the coverage pre-snap. It's j different. Once you think about an aerial or ground contest in soccer the same way you do the LoS.
English

@Fanalysts_FR @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski But the entire play in soccer is the build up, passing, crosses, tackles over and over and over.
The nfl is analyst reactions interspliced with shots of the stars, coach, crowd.
A lot of wasted time in nfl.
English

@cardfishjay @JFOUIMET @Jaberuski That same can be said about soccer. You still watch the whole game because you want to see the approach, flow and play development.
You could only watch explosive plays in football or shots on target in soccer and have the game cut down to minutes.
