Uber Eats promised me a FULL refund for a £76 order that arrived over 2 hours late and stone cold. Instead, chats were closed, I was blocked from support, and offered £11.45 as. “good will gesture”. Customers are being silenced. This needs escalating. @ubereats_uk @Uber_Support

@vfsglobalcare been trying to get a visa apt for Czechia for over two months now. no apts are uploaded on the website & no response to emails and calls in london???? What is the issue & why is it so impossible to get an appointment????
