That isn't true. The law was not changed one iota in this trial. If you say publicly that you are or were a victim of abuse and your abuser can be readily identified as a result of the comment, and the comment is found to be UNTRUE, you are guilty of defamation.

@PearlPillay Can't go wrong. Heads up, Sennheiser usually have a very flat sound. They don't accentuate bass or highs much. So when you listen to music you may not initially think much of the quality of sound. Give them time. Once you get used to them, it's hard to listen with anything else.

@Charl_Botha_ I think I might go with the Sennheiser, so many people recommended it. My current ones start crying about battery after like an hour and a half.

I need to get new Bluetooth earphones. I have the Skull Candy ones but it's only a few months in and the battery life is already shot. Any recommendations? I prefer buds.
