Holy shit. In this video you can see the car was already backing up and turning their wheels to flee before he was in front of the car. It was already in motion. He chose to put himself there… No way u can say u felt like ur life was threatened anymore if u put urself in harms way.

I finally found ur comment again caller #4525 I researched that and it said they need probable cause first which they didn’t have. This is also related to asking her to step out. If she’s not fully blocking their way, and they can get by, that’s a traffic violation. Police give out tickets for those and told to move, not forceful arrests.
