Idk why there would be any legal issues because they are not saying men can’t be drivers. There is still plenty of clientele. They are not even saying men can’t drive women. It’s an option given to the consumer. I don’t see it being a legal issue although men might try and cry that it is

If the submarine cannot take the refugees, the captain should signal nearby ships/make broadcast/do whatever possible to signal the sinking. Not leaving them drowning.
