We aren't at war with Venezuela. A crown tattoo or bulls jersey is not sufficient justification to detain and deport people without hearings.

This law was of questionable constitutionality even when used according to its intended purposes, such as the internment of Japanese people without cause while officially at war with Japan. I know most of you MAGAs are worried about the mid-terms, and I agree that the prospect of losing the House and watching Trump get impeached bi-weekly is discouraging. However… Remember that Trump has a secret weapon. That secret weapon is known as the “250th Birthday of the United States of America.” In the summer immediately before the mid-term Election Day, America will be celebrating one of its most significant birthdays, and if there is one thing we know about Trump, that birthday celebration will be an extravagant, sustained, and profoundly patriotic show. Trump knows that the Democrats cannot help but oppose literally anything he does. On any 80/20 issue, if Trump supports the 80% position, they will support the 20% position. They cannot help themselves. Trump knows this. So as Trump amps up the birthday celebration into a warp drive of neon red, white and blue manic Lee Greenwoodish nationalistic pride, you can 100% count on the Democrats going all-in on deriding America in a jingoistic repeat of 1619 Project lies, constantly harping on what a failure America is, and doing so while looking down their haughty noses at ordinary Americans celebrating our greatness. Fireworks will be slavery. BBQ will be climate change. Small town parades will be racist. Everything good about America will be bad, and Trump will goad them into it. This is a lead-pipe cinch. I 100% guarantee it will go down this way. And Trump intends to ride this into Election Day 2026. That’s his plan, I’m certain of it, and hopefully it will work.

Executive shouldn't have to return to Judicial for a hearing on deportation. This is my opinion.
