@PeterD22748@CaitlinClark22 Lame & disappointing CC. Could not care less about the Fever schedule after this BS tbh. Once a Hawkeye not always a Hawkeye apparently with her.
This negative energy that I’ve seen from Iowa MBB fans towards the WBB program is extremely weird to me
Like
I do not give one single damn about the MBB program but I’m happy for their success, and would never wish them ill or say I would trade their success for more WBB success
Because at the end of the day, they are not rivals, they both wear the Black and Gold, they both have the Tiger Hawk across their chest, and what is good for one program is good for the other
To suggest otherwise is extremely weird
How I think Iowa’s rotation will look next season.
PG: Kael Combs
SG: Cooper Koch
SF: Alvaro Folguiras
PF: Cam Manyawu
C: Anton Bonke (portal)
6th man: Tate Sage
Along with hopefully 1-2 other guards from the portal.
Guys….were gonna have to deal with the iowa shit talk, that’s part of the deal. We talked shit sweeping them in the cy hawk series if your not prepared for that then you suck at rivalries
@alisonh2006 Hawkeyes support Hawkeyes. Doesn’t matter the sport. Considering her BF hates Iowa MBB, her silence indicates she feels similar. Her indicating she supports Iowa brings more positive visibility to the state and Hawkeyes. Also, her not supporting creates a negative story.
Nebraska lost to only 5 teams this year on its way to a 28-7 final record. 4 of them made the Elite Eight.
NEB led their Sweet 16 game for like 37 minutes also. They belonged there.
Point is: all NEB fans have ever wanted was a relevant MBB team. It was.

@EverydayCyclone This was true only recently, during the last few years of Fran which coincided with peak CC, and Iowa women’s bball in back to back NCAA championships. Those teams sold out. It’ll be interesting to see if next year both men’s and women will sell out.
Not a peep from Caitlin Clark regarding the Men’s run to the Elite 8. Current and former Hawkeye athletes from all sports have been voicing their support, yet not a word from the most famous athlete of them all. Wonder why that is??
Disappointing.
Saw Hoiberg referenced having four players on the court but not sure we got a full explanation? For the record that is not on the refs at all. There's no rule you have to have five players on the court, you just can't have more. Remember that Alabama-Minnesota game where the Tide only had three eligible players?
