@British_Airways 2 months after I travelled and still no explanation… we’ve all got busy jobs but simple manners would say I should have received a response by now ….

@British_Airways I have still not received a response to Case reference 23815328 which I logged with you on the 5th October! Please can somebody look into this for me.

@British_Airways Still no reply ! I had a 45 minute wait at check in and made to pay extra money just to get on my flight and I can’t even get a response from @British_Airways …. Is this acceptable?

@OfficialNocta please note if you are ordering from the UK you will have to pay import taxes … I have just received a bill for £76 after already paying @OfficialNocta £36 shipping. Most expensive tracksuit ever 😞 Will definitely not be ordering again.

@capo_uk This is why the parcel ended up at the wrong location. Parcelforce have confirmed there is business called CAPO at BB1 3EE I would appreciate a resolution to this today.

@capo_uk why am I still waiting 1 month later for a refund and have had no reply to several emails??

@capo_uk Unfortunately parcel force aren’t interested in my claim as although the post office put the correct postcode on the delivery (BB1 3EE) they then typed “GAP PALLETS” so if the parcel can’t be found with the people that took delivery in £260 out of pocket 😢

@chopperedmonds Hi Ruth, We have contacted them and advised the admin lady who deals with the post of back in Wednesday so they will get her to look into. We will go visit again then to try get parcel 👍

@capo_uk Hi, did you manage to track down the parcel as if not I will need to write to the company it was delivered to? AlI I have for them is an address and no phone number or email address is listed
