Cheat is an emotive word that's constantly being used by many to justify the punishment. Ultimately they haven't been charged with cheating but with breaking a rule. The word cheat is subjective. Bearing in mind apparently the rule they've broken is that they filmed within 72 hrs of a match, but apparently its fine to do it outside of this period. So the activity itself isnt illegal just the timing in this instance. 🤔 The punishment is disproportionate in my opinion

When the efl made the rule change after bielsa was caught spying, wouldnt it have been sensible to put alongside that what the punishment would be if the crime was committed. That would’ve saved them a lot of trouble. I think it’s important that the punishment fits the crime btw
