Exciting, tiring and rewarding day as we edged the quarter final of the national club 045s champs against Woking. Level at 2 matches all and won by only 5 games on count back Great Team effort for us 50s playing an age group below. Still in one piece!

I got the chance to sharpen my imagery skills through visual, gustatory and kinesthetic imagery of the rest of the lunch, and the coffee and biscuits in breaks. PETTLEP was tested out fully!
