@THEJOHNiVERSE1 Yes, one of the schemes is R&T 18537. It allows employers to file a "group tax return" on behalf of illegals. Basically, CA allows illegals to be paid less than minimum wage as long as the illegals pay the highest income tax bracket. The state itself if exploiting the illegals.

Democrats here in California only like high-end earners for their capital gains taxes and dislike other citizens because they're not as valuable to their system as illegal immigrants are, whom they can capitalize and exploit in many, many different schemes.

@End1913 It's much worse than this. CA legislators passed a bill in January agreeing to turn a blind eye to trafficking as long as the state gets a cut of the $. They've also passed numerous laws that facilitate child trafficking: gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=4284

@AsmRepublicans @KateSanchezCA I also want to add that I believe that every legislator who voted for AB-1518 (which was codified as R&TC 18537) and Newsom should all be prosecuted for facilitating human trafficking. It is unconscionable that you all voted to allow exploitation as long as you get a big cut of $

@AsmRepublicans @KateSanchezCA R&TC 18537 means the state turns a blind eye to employees paying illegals low wages as long as CA gets a big cut of the $. This new law encourages employers to hire illegals, with easy bureaucracy and no repercussions, over legal residents, with complicated/expensive bureaucracy.

It is my opinion that every legislator who voted for this and Gov. Newsom should be prosecuted for facilitating human trafficking.

In 2025, AB-1518 passed and was codified as R&TC 18537. It allows employers to file a "group tax return" on behalf of illegals. CA allows illegals to be paid less than minimum wage as long as they pay the highest income tax bracket. The state itself is exploiting illegals.

@PGetreal @RealCoachCobra @ConstitustionX You didn't read the article. I cited a law that allows employers can file a "group tax return" on behalf of illegals. The state allows illegals to be exploited with less than minimum wage as long as the illegals pay the highest income tax bracket. CA is doing the exploiting.

@christigrab @RealCoachCobra @ConstitustionX And you are thinking that everyone reads your “blog”. In California, failure to deny = admission only in the narrow context of Requests for Admission during civil discovery. What a stretch.

@PGetreal @RealCoachCobra @ConstitustionX It is MY BLOG and I have posted proof to substantiate the claims -- the actual laws themselves! If I had posted something false, I would have been sued. Or at the very least, someone would have made a public denial. Per CA law, failure to deny constitutes admission of truth.

@christigrab @RealCoachCobra @ConstitustionX Seriously, you read it in a blog? There has been online misinformation claiming CA “legalized child trafficking” or “profits from prostitution fines.” The facts: • The fines are criminal penalties • The money goes to victim support • Strengthens, not weakens trafficking laws

@LoriMills4CA42 I sued FTB in Superior Court. In the documents propounded, FTB had counted many of my estimated tax payments multiple times. I believe the tax increases are to hide that the deficit is bigger than advertised because they've been falsifying revenue. Proof: gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=917

California’s Dem Supermajority just did it AGAIN. Record $356 BILLION budget passed with NEW tax hikes on insurance, digital software (QuickBooks/Zoom), health plans, PLUS another gas tax increase hitting July 1 (up 2.2¢ to 63.4¢/gallon, highest in the nation). Revenues are UP, but they keep squeezing drivers and families. No Republican votes needed. One-party rule means endless spending and taxes. Sacramento has a spending addiction, not a revenue problem. Flip the supermajority in 2026, before they tax us into the ground. #TaxedEnoughAlready #NoGasTaxHikes #CADemocratsFail #EndTheSupermajority

You paid $51 billion for California government this year. There’s no data showing what you got for it. So we reviewed the closest thing that exists: state auditor reports—independent investigations the executive branch didn’t ask for and can’t suppress. We found child abuse cases open 18x longer than the legal limit, $10.4B in unverified unemployment payments, and wage theft claims unresolved for five years. How did we get here?

@ConstitustionX Miller's accusations align with ongoing 2026 legislative efforts like the Shut Down Sanctuary Policies Act and prior warnings from his affiliated groups about potential criminal liability for local officials impeding federal immigration enforcement.

@ConstitustionX The list of people involved in child trafficking is never ending and I'll be exposing it all from the inside out very soon. We can never turn our backs on what's been going on or to the people committing these acts of pure evil. It is a massive foundation of corruption

You gotta hand it to California governments: they are constantly finding innovative new ways to get money. In the Central Valley, one agency tried to get voters to pass a $35 cemetery parcel tax: a total non-starter for those of us who prefer cremation. Fortunately, it lost.
