While being taken into custody, Anthony Leonard III, 24, caused a scene and threw a tantrum in an apparent attempt to resist or delay the arrest.
It didn’t work.
The Leonard was taken into custody and charged with felony petty theft along with his warrants.
In Florida, on your third petty theft charge, it’s escalated to a felony.
