@claudywill @LeopardPrintCat @dhlexpressuk I can confirm the item was sent. It was sent correctly, this error was on DHLs part. We have opened an investigation and are doing all we can. We are a legit company and in no way would we ever steal anyones money and not send the product

@claudywill @FoxyLocks @dhlexpressuk That’s it send a replacement as a company you have a job to make sure you supply an item the customer as purchased . It is also consumer right to receive the product in the correct time frame stated this as been breached .

@claudywill @FoxyLocks @dhlexpressuk I know getting punished for buying something and other people messing up 🤬 there have no empathy because it will be ‘ company Policy ‘ but it’s 2021 policy needs updating and a replacement should be on its way . There will also say it’s in transit when it’s not going anywhere

@claudywill @FoxyLocks @dhlexpressuk No refund until it’s declared lost but what there will do is leave you 30 days investigating then tell you up to 14 days for refund . I know there game any other company would send out a replacement I’ve never had a problem like this with any other company nothing but an headache
