@lookfantastic really disappointed with how my order has been handled. I received my delivery with £100+ of items missing, reported it immediately and was initially told a replacement would be sent. Now my claim has been rejected and my account closed, leaving me out of pocket.

Got a shark speedstyle proflex last yr & it now has intermittent power.Spoke to @SharkNinja who agree it should be replaced but as it’s under 1yr old I have to go to the retailer & provided an uplift code to do this @lookfantastic replied saying we need to go to the manufacturer
