@AxisBankSupport @AxisBank travelled to another city for a day to close my savings account linked with 9113455038. Gave 30 min, OTP and documents at the counter- pass bk, chq bk and dbt card- all destroyed in front of me. Received an SMS that request is not completed.

@bigbasket_com One thing I am unable to understand is that I was being offered an upfront refund as a good will gesture yesterday. And now when I am wanting my refund after 3 failed pickup requests, I am being put on the sidelines. And not one call has been made even after multiple requests.

@bigbasket_com I checked the app and this time the reason has been marked as address issue. 5 years of ordering from the same address and now this nusisance. The on-call customer support is unable to contact the op team of the hub. I need my refund. I will not suffer due to this mismanagement.

@bigbasket_com The team contacted me, assured me that the pickup will be done in the re-booked 8-9 PM slot. But at 8:56 PM I received an automated call that my return pickup has been cancelled due to operational constraints. I want my refund now. Pickup of product is not my responsibility now.
